What types
of permits are available online? Permit types that do not require a plan review are now available
online. Residential mechanical change-outs, plumbing & gas water heater
replacements and some residential electrical permits are available, as well as
commercial mechanical change-out permits and commercial water heater
replacements.
Beginning August
1, 2013 we will be offering through ePlan
review permits for residential and commercial window and door replacements,
solar water heaters, pool heaters & photovoltaic systems, site plans and
commercial mechanical change-outs with electric. These permit types can be
submitted online but will require plans be submitted electronically and
reviewed through ePlan Review before they can be
issued.

will need to contact our office at (727)893-7231 for changes.
What do I do
if I don’t receive a confirmation e-mail/placard? You should add E-Notifications@stpete.org to your e-mail approved sender list so that you are
able to receive e-mail confirmations. If you don’t receive a confirmation
e-mail contact us at: permits@stpete.org with the permit number, contractor information and we
will manually generate a confirmation e-mail.
Why did I
receive two confirmation e-mails? The
system generates a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address of the applicant,
as well as an e-mail to the e-mail on record for the contractor selected. This feature alerts the contractor to
what permits are being pulled under their company name. If the applicant and
the company e-mail are the same you will receive two e-mails.
