Beginning May 18th, we will be enabling Multifactor Authentication (MFA) on all our sites. Once MFA is enabled, anyone that logs in will receive a one-time verification code via email. After entering your password, you will be prompted to enter that code to complete the login.

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2025: A Notarized application must be received for all submittals prior to the permit being issued. The application must be signed by either the license holder or an authorized agent. Per FSS § 713.135, a recorded Notice of Commencement is required on projects where the job value exceeds $5,000 or when a mechanical job value to repair or replace an existing heating or air-conditioning system is equal to or exceeds $15,000.
